This online service will provide you with a Return Authorization Label. Print the label and follow the instructions provided on the print out.

Please note: if the item you are returning was damaged in transit to you, please call us immediately at 888-845-3535 Monday-Friday between 10am-3pm

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for exchange or refund within 30 days, subject to a return authorization from Harborside Color (see exceptions below).

If the item you are returning is defective, upon inspection by Harborside Color, we will issue a replacement or refund. Final disposition is the decision of Harborside Color. Please make sure all items that were included with the defective product are returned, including all packaging materials, inserts and manuals, warranty cards (not filled out), UPC and/or Serial Number labels and accessories. Please note that we cannot issue a replacement or refund without these items.

If you are returning an item because you are not satisfied with the product style, color, functionality, or other product attributes, or you just changed your mind, you may return the item for a replacement or refund. Please remember that items must be in original packaging and in re-saleable condition. Items that have been used, have opened packaging, missing parts, missing warranty cards and manuals, missing UPC/barcodes, or in a condition that would not be acceptable for resale will not be accepted. Sorry, but shipping charges are not refundable including return shipping charges.

In a rare circumstance where you may have received an item other than the one you ordered, please contact us so that we can immediately remedy the error.

All returns require a Return Authorization (RA) number. Please note that an RA number does not guarantee final disposition. All returns are subject to inspection. Packages without RA numbers will be refused.

Some items are not eligible for return. Most products are fully guaranteed by the manufacturer (unless specifically stated otherwise). In such cases, the complete warranty is included with the product. The manufacturer's warranty covers repair or replacement of defective parts, subject to the conditions set forth.

All Return Authorizations expire 14 days from Return Authorization Request.

Return Procedures

Pack the products into a shipping box with plenty of packing material, and tape securely. Write the RA number issued by customer service clearly on the outside of the shipping carton. Please ship your parcel back to Harborside Color freight prepaid. Harborside Color suggests that you use UPS Ground Service (Insured). Sorry, Harborside Color cannot accept COD or freight-collect shipments. No goods will be accepted for exchange or return without authorization.
